Tournament Rules
Strict adherence to these regulations is mandatory. Please read carefully to avoid penalties, suspensions, or disqualification.
Squad limits depend on the format:
• 3v3 to 7v7: Maximum of 3 rolling substitutes are allowed.
• 11v11: Maximum of 5 substitutes are allowed.
Note: Match format includes the goalkeeper.
• League/Normal: Usually 15 or 20 minutes per half with a 5-minute halftime.
• Final Match: 20 minutes per half with a 5-minute halftime.
* The hosting committee reserves the right to adjust durations based on schedule constraints.
No Offside
The traditional offside rule will not be applied in this tournament.
Scoring
A goal is awarded only when the entire ball completely crosses the goal line. Official Size 5 footballs will be used.
Fouls
Handballs, tripping, pushing, holding, and dangerous tackles will result in an immediate free kick for the opposing team.
Throw-ins (Foot)
Throw-ins must be taken with the foot from the touchline. The ball must not rise above knee height upon entering play.
GK Back-pass Rule
Goalkeepers cannot intentionally handle repeated back-passes to waste time. Allowed only in genuine emergencies. Repeating this 2-3 times grants an indirect free kick to the opposition. Abuse yields a yellow card.
